TandemChat is a collaborative AI-assisted planning platform that allows multiple users to share a conversation with AI in real time. The service includes room creation, invite-based collaboration, AI-powered suggestions, and shared planning tools.

3. User accounts

You must create an account to use TandemChat. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use the service.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use TandemChat for any unlawful purpose
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Attempt to bypass security measures or access other users' data
  • Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the service
  • Distribute malware or other harmful code through the platform

5. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of all content you create in TandemChat. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide the service.

TandemChat, its logo, and all associated branding are trademarks of TandemChat, Inc. You may not use our marks without prior written consent.

6. AI-generated content

AI responses in TandemChat are generated by third-party language models. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors. You are responsible for verifying any information before acting on it. TandemChat is not liable for decisions made based on AI suggestions.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of liability

TandemChat is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TandemChat, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
